Building
We undertake both minor projects, such as building a garden wall, to the construction of a new house.
Project management
We provide a schedule of works and cash flow with dedicated project management. Our project management services include; helping locate building plots, producing drawings, obtaining planning permission, sourcing materials and reporting of progress.
Peace of mindWe are members of the
Federation of Master Builders and
NHBC registered. We use plain english, Federation of Master Builders contracts, which include a retention amount over a 6 month defects liability period.
